Bar Service Types
host bar
Client to cover the cost of all beverages served and is invoiced based on consumption.
cash BAR
Guests pay for their individual beverages at the bar. Cash bar prices include all taxes.
Ticket ONLY Bar
Client provides tickets, (maximum two), to guests to redeem for any beverage, non-alcoholic or alcoholic. This discourages consumption as the organizer can limit the cost and consumption.
CASH + TICKET BAR
Client provides tickets to guests to redeem a beverage and guests can also purchase a beverage on their own.
Please note: For any alcohol event on campus, an adequate supply of food and non-alcoholic beverages must be available to persons attending the event; snacks, such as chips, peanuts or popcorn are not acceptable substitutes for the food supplied at the event.

*Campus Beverage Services reserves the right to require some events to use monitors. Monitors are required to supervise and ensure the safety of the patrons and premises to ensure that only patrons who are the age of majority or above are consuming alcoholic beverages, only invited guests are admitted and that the bar is acting in accordance with the regulations set forth in the University’s Campus Alcohol Policy.
**Labour charges for bartending staff are inclusive of bar set up time, service and tear down/clean up.
